The user or member of virtual hairstylist HappyHair must not:

• Use any part of HappyHair or its contents (products) for any purpose of commercial or trading character without a written agreement by the provider. The user must not copy any part of HappyHair except for the features offered by the HappyHair program itself.
• Add and publish in a public Forum and anywhere else on the website any indecent messages or messages of any commercial or advertising nature.
• Deliberately sabotage Forum discussions and discussion in any other parts of the website
• Add and publish any obscene or indecent photographs or photographs of people without their express knowledge or agreement.

The user of HappyHair agrees with/to:

• The fees and time limits of the usage of full membership version of virtual hairstylist HappyHair in accordance with the terms and conditions provided when activating the full membership version (the Demo version is free)
• Publishing of their photograph providing they have added the photograph themselves to the Gallery of hairstyles
• Respect the following terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions for the users of virtual haistylist HappyHair

1. The provider hereby commits under no circumstances to publish, sell or rent personal information of any of its users to third parties.
2. The provider will ensure the smooth running of its services provided. If however a problem occurs the provider commits to resolve any such problem promptly.
3. HappyHair only provides the visualised image of a hairstyle and the user is fully responsible for how they use the information and all other services provided on the web pages of HappyHair.ro. The provider has under no circumstances liability for any damages that may occur from or whilst using the web pages of HappyHair. The user has full personal liability whilst using HappyHair.
4. The provider is not liable in any case for loss of users data such as photographs, saved makeover images. The provider is not in any case liable for the content of emails sent by its users via website www.HappyHair.ro.
5. The provider reserves the right to change the content of the web pages on www.HappyHair.ro, delete any comments in the Forum or Gallery if the comments are deemed a breach of the website’s terms and conditions, add new features and change terms and conditions of the usage of HappyHair.
6. Only the provider reserves the right of publishing advertisements on its web pages.
